Brittany Batrez has been serving as Operations Manager since 2015, overseeing technician routes, fostering strong customer relationships and managing all office-related duties. Her dedication to excellence was recognized in 2024 when she was named the Affiliate of the Year by the Montgomery Area Association of Realtors, a prestigious honor voted on by her peers. Batrez is deeply involved in the Montgomery community, particularly through her work with the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). As the former two-term President of the Montgomery Chapter, she now serves as Immediate Past President and Membership Chair, leading initiatives such as STEAM night activities in local schools and promoting construction trades to students. Additionally, she supports the business community as a Montgomery Chamber Ambassador, attending ribbon cuttings and celebrating local growth and success.

• Biggest Influence Personally & Professionally: My husband, Eric. He has always encouraged me to continue to move forward and been supportive of me through my personal and career growth. He never shoots down any crazy idea that I have, he just asks what he can do to help.
