To be considered for CentrAL INC’s 40 Under 40, nominees must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: Nominees must be 40 years old or younger during the year of recognition.
• Location: Nominees must live or work in Autauga, Elmore, or Montgomery County, Alabama.
• Professional & Community Impact: Nominees should demonstrate meaningful accomplishments, leadership, innovation, or contributions within their profession, organization, or community.
• Professional Standing: Nominees may represent any industry, profession, business, nonprofit, or organization and must be in good professional standing.
• Local Connection: Nominees should have a demonstrated connection to the Central Alabama community through their work, business, volunteerism, leadership, or other contributions.
• Previous Recognition: Individuals who have previously been recognized as a 40 Under 40 may not be eligible for recognition again.

We’re looking for Central Alabama’s emerging leaders, changemakers, entrepreneurs, professionals, and community builders—people who are making an impact today and helping shape the future of our region.

Nominations may highlight accomplishments such as:

• Career or professional achievements
• Business growth or entrepreneurship
• Leadership within an organization or industry
• Community involvement and volunteerism
• Contributions to Central Alabama
• Innovation, creativity, or service
• Mentorship and development of others

Nomination does not guarantee selection. Honorees will be selected based on the strength of their accomplishments, leadership, impact, and connection to the Central Alabama community.
