Cliff Goolsby is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Baptist Medical Center East, a role he assumed in April 2024. He is responsible for optimizing hospital operations, ensuring a seamless patient experience, and fostering collaboration between clinical and non-clinical teams. One of his most significant career accomplishments is leading the acquisition of a free-standing surgery center to expand surgical services and increase market share within the CSA. Goolsby is also dedicated to community service and will serve as the 2025 Chair for the March of Dimes.
