  • Key to Success: Mine is simple: Make someone’s day better. Whether it’s through a kind word, a helping hand or simply showing up with a smile, I believe kindness can change the world.
  • Guilty Pleasure: Taking unplanned road trips with my husband, Dr. Michael Sibley.
  • Childhood Aspirations: Little LaTonya just knew she was going to be a lawyer, driving a Lexus and arguing her way to greatness.
  • First Job: My first paid role was with SABRA Sanctuary, where I had the privilege of working closely with women and children affected by domestic violence in Dallas, Greene, Marengo, Perry, Sumter and Wilcox counties.
  • Best Advice: “Pray first.” It’s such a simple yet profound reminder to center myself, seek guidance and approach every situation with a clear heart and mind.
  • Biggest Influence Personally & Professionally: The Bible is my daily guide and greatest influence. I start each morning reading scriptures, and it helps me set the tone for the day ahead.
