Erin Boutwell has been with Harmon Dennis Bradshaw since 2017 but was promoted to her director role in September 2023. She expertly handles the marketing and servicing of all new business client programs while managing insurance carrier relationships. She contributes her success to learning the solid fundamentals of insurance early in her career through insurance designations such as the Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) and Cyber Professional Liability Practitioner (CPLP). Outside of the office, Boutwell is a Member and Children’s Ministry Volunteer at First Baptist Church of Troy.

Biggest Influence Personally & Professionally: “My children. From the day I became a mother, I felt a commitment to show my children they can do anything. I want them to look back on my career and be encouraged to do big things. If mom did it, so can they,” Boutwell said.
