- Key to Success: Servant Leadership. The best leaders are those that are servants first. They are people of empathy, humility and stewardship, constantly recognizing that the best way to improve is to first improve those around you.
- Guilty Pleasure: I’ve been known to be pretty great in lip singing competitions.
- Childhood Aspirations: Tom Cruise in Top Gun (fighter jet pilot). Or Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible. Pretty much just Tom Cruise.
- First Job: “Pizza Artist” at Dominos.
- Best Advice: “It’s not about you.”
- Biggest Influence Personally & Professionally: I can’t help but to think of the pastors that I have served under through the years in Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama—great leaders such as Mickey Rainwater, Joe Green and Lester Spencer.
