Jasmine Allen is the Owner and Lead Event Planner of Party On Purpose, a thriving event planning company she founded in November 2019. As the driving force behind the business, Allen manages client relationships and curates memorable events that bring joy to her clients and their guests. Her proudest career accomplishment is launching her own company, which has grown steadily over the past five years, continuing to serve an ever-expanding clientele. Beyond her professional role, Allen is deeply committed to her community. She has been the PTA president at a local school for the past three years, organizing quality events, fundraising and supporting students, parents and faculty. She also serves as a team mom for youth sports at the YMCA and actively participates in community service projects with her sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Omega Chi Omega Chapter.

• Biggest Influence Personally & Professionally: My biggest influence on both my personal and career growth is my family. My husband constantly encourages me to be my best self, and my children are my biggest cheerleaders. They’re always so proud of me and my personal and business endeavors. Their love, support and admiration fuel me to continue to work hard and do my best.
