A key accomplishment in her career has been helping establish New Waters Realty as one of the top boutique brokerages in Pike Road and Montgomery while mentoring agents toward success. Deeply involved in the community, Powell actively supports initiatives in the Town of Pike Road, engages with the PTA at Pike Road Elementary, organizes events within The Waters community and participates in service projects through New Waters Realty.

• Childhood Aspirations: I never settled on just one career path because I’ve always had a mix of interests and a bit of organized chaos in my personality, which keeps life exciting.

• Best Advice: My Nana always told me not to take things too seriously, but to approach moments with care and thoughtfulness. She’d say, “Think about it—will this issue matter next week, next month, or next year?”
