Marche` Johnson has been serving her community in dual roles as Montgomery City Councilwoman since May 2021 and as a Financial Services Representative since August 2023. As an agent with New York Life, she takes pride in providing financial support to local schools and offering grief support to families. Her career highlight as a public official was being named a 40 Under 40 honoree among municipal elected officials across the nation. Johnson’s dedication to her community is evident in her work, where she spends the majority of her days engaging with residents and ensuring her efforts—whether through her public service or financial services—create lasting, positive impacts for families.

  • Biggest Influence Personally & Professionally: My grandmother was the biggest influence on my personal or career growth. She set a standard in my life early on as a young girl that I never strayed from in my personal life. When it comes to my career, I made a promise to my grandmother and aunt to be the best person I can be without limitations.
