- Key to Success: Always think about your employees and customers. Our core values to do so are to strive to have integrity in everything we do, be honest in how we do it, treat everyone like family and service the customer. Employee wellness is what I am focused on most, including wellness programs and an in-house life coach.
- Guilty Pleasure: Watching YouTube shorts including golf videos and recipes.
- High School Superlative: Most Likely to Be On E! True Hollywood story.
- Childhood Aspirations: I wanted to be a professional golfer.
- First Job: Sorting non-ferrous (copper, brass, etc.) materials and taking apart mother board panels. This was before electronic scrap (E-scrap) became a focus in the recycling industry.
- Best Advice: An old family saying dating back a couple generations, “It wasn’t the fool who asked.”
- Biggest Influence Personally & Professionally: I would say the biggest influence on my personal and career growth is my father. He is full of advice on how to treat others around you. The Golden Rule doesn’t only apply to kids and our youth. It travels with you forever.
