Alexia Henig is the Founder and CEO of Splurge, a role she has held since opening the company in October 2013. At Splurge, Henig leads the overall vision and growth of the business, overseeing brand strategy, merchandising, marketing and customer experience while guiding the long-term direction of the company.

Her proudest career accomplishment is building Splurge from the ground up into a thriving, community-focused retail brand that has grown and evolved for over a decade while staying true to its mission of helping women feel confident and beautiful.

Henig is deeply involved in the community, supporting local schools, organizations and charitable initiatives through events, partnerships, and fundraising efforts. She also creates a welcoming space that brings women together.

Key to Success: Being adaptable, consistent and cultivating genuine relationships. Henig emphasizes showing up, evolving with her customers, pivoting when necessary and staying true to her values.

Childhood Aspirations: Henig knew from a young age that she wanted to own her own business.

First Job: Worked at her grandfather’s company, Tiffin Supply, starting at age 14.

Best Advice: “Growth comes from knowing when to pivot.” Henig recently experienced this lesson firsthand when she welcomed Kam Sidhu as a co-owner of Splurge, creating a strong partnership that drives the business forward.

Biggest Influence Personally & Professionally: Her parents, for instilling work ethic and resilience, and her husband and daughters, who inspire her daily to lead with purpose, balance and heart.
