Bailey Klepac serves as the Marketing and Public Relations Manager at the Montgomery Zoo, a role she assumed in March 2023. In her position, Klepac leads marketing efforts, organizes special events, and stays connected to the community’s needs. She also wears multiple hats depending on the season, coordinating volunteers, managing field trip logistics, and assisting in guest services to ensure every visitor has a positive experience.

Klepac’s proudest career accomplishment is creating and executing the Montgomery Zoo’s annual event, ZooBrews. She rebuilt the event from the ground up, partnering with local breweries, vendors, and emerging artists to provide a unique experience for guests. For the second annual event, she incorporated conservation activities that raised money for the Conservation Endowment Fund, tripling contributions to global conservation efforts. The event continues to grow, with plans to host an after-hours edition on May 21st.

In addition to her professional work, Klepac serves on the junior board for the Family Sunshine Center and actively supports community events and local businesses.

Key to Success: Owning mistakes, learning from them, and giving others the same grace. She believes everyone is navigating life for the first time, and growth comes from accountability and understanding.

Guilty Pleasure: Listening to Harry Potter audiobooks at bedtime and counting it toward her reading goal.
