Brett Lanham is the Owner and General Manager of New Look Decorating Center, a role he has held since May 2012. He oversees every aspect of the business—from customer relations and sales to color consulting, custom paint matching, and employee motivation. Lanham cites a career highlight in 2024 when he and his wife were able to purchase the business, allowing them to work side by side.

He and his family are active members of Morningview Baptist Church and support the community by sponsoring Wetumpka High’s fishing team and donating materials to schools and local projects. Lanham attributes his success to faith, family, and his dedicated team, emphasizing the guidance he received from the previous owner and the support of his CPA, business partners, and staff.
