Key to Success: Grit, determination, discipline, and not letting anything or anyone crush your dreams and goals.

Guilty Pleasure: Food. All the delicious food.

High School Superlative: No idea.

Childhood Aspirations: A biologist.

First Job: Working for my dad for $2 an hour – construction.

Best Advice: Don’t quit on a hard day.

Biggest Influence Personally & Professionally: My kids—honestly becoming a mother and experiencing pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and breastfeeding three times made me realize over and over again how much support and rehabilitation we need during the journey of motherhood. If I hadn’t personally experienced this, I wouldn’t have the empathy and personal experience needed to rehabilitate women and mothers in this community. It truly fueled my passion to start my business and help other women navigate this beautifully amazing, yet challenging season. We need each other!
