Kayla Dreher serves as the Community Impact Director for River Region United Way and as a Realtor with REAL Broker LLC. She began her role as Community Impact Director in October 2025 and has been with River Region United Way since December 2023, serving in various capacities. In her nonprofit role, Dreher focuses on strengthening community programs and partnerships to help individuals during crises and prevent future challenges, creating long-term, sustainable solutions. As a Realtor, she helps families achieve stability and growth through homeownership.

Dreher’s proudest career accomplishment is working alongside a dedicated team to improve lives within the community, fulfilling her lifelong calling to help others. In addition to her professional work, she is deeply involved in nonprofit initiatives and collaborates with organizations committed to bettering the lives of individuals and families throughout the region.
