Reese Cain serves as a Relationship Manager and Assistant Vice President at River Bank & Trust, where he focuses on building meaningful relationships with businesses and consumers throughout the River Region. Cain has been with River Bank & Trust for nearly nine years and has spent the last three years in his current role. His work centers on helping clients bank locally, supporting lending efforts, and ensuring capital is reinvested into the community.
Cain is most proud of his career progression within the banking industry. He began his career as a teller and worked his way through several roles before becoming a Relationship Manager and Loan Officer. Learning the business from the ground up, he says, has shaped him into a better banker and provided invaluable tools that continue to guide his work today. His approach to success is rooted in accessibility and proactivity—answering calls, returning messages promptly, and meeting clients wherever they are. He believes treating people the way he would want to be treated and consistently showing up for customers has been key to building trust.
Beyond the office, Cain is actively involved in the community. He serves as a loan executive with the River Region United Way and is a member of the YMCA’s Boys Work Committee, supporting the River Region youth football program through fundraising and outreach. In his free time, Cain is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying everything from Auburn athletics and professional sports to golf and hunting. Above all, he credits his parents as the greatest influence on his personal and professional growth, noting their constant encouragement and guidance in helping him become a better professional, husband, father, and friend.
